At Stress Free we've taken life's challenges right back to basics, and created a wealth of session material that enables individuals of all ages to develop their own understanding and generate ideas that work for them personally, moving them towards a more life of positive contribution and well-being.

Without giving too many secrets away we've listed below some examples of session titles and objectives.  With over 38 sessions and many more ideas in development, plus collaboration with carefully selected strategic partners, we can ensure that your organisation has a highly effective, flexible and bespoke approach where needed.
